This service is offered to enable participants to access services, activities, and resources, as outlined in the Service Plan.

It is provided in addition to medical transportation required under 42 CFR §431.53 and transportation services available under the State Plan, as defined at 42 CFR §440.170(a) (if applicable), and does not replace those services.

Whenever possible, transportation should be provided at no cost by family members, neighbors, friends, or community agencies.
